Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Beauty & Skincare Products
- Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned for a full refund
- Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items are always eligible for return or replacement, regardless of whether the seal is broken
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened cosmetics or skincare products
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Regular sale or discounted items are eligible for return unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
How to Return
- Contact us at info@lumifique.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll review your request within 2–3 business days
- Domestic orders (North America): A prepaid return shipping label will be provided upon approval
- International orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit
- Pack items securely in original packaging and ship within 7 days of approval
Refunds
- Processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return
- Issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 additional business days for your bank to process the refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
- Items returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements may be subject to a partial refund or refused at our discretion
Damaged or Defective Products Contact us immediately at info@lumifique.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you'd like instead.
EU Customers Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery during which you may return unopened items for any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your returned item, in accordance with EU regulations.
