Where We Ship We ship to most countries worldwide. We currently do not ship to: Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, or Egypt.

Processing Time Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 5–9 business days before shipping. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended — we appreciate your patience. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Total delivery time = Processing time (5–9 days) + Shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We partner with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS for reliable delivery.

International Orders – Duties & Taxes All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means duties and import taxes are included in your order total — no surprise fees upon delivery. VAT for EU and UK customers is calculated at checkout.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or delayed packages: Contact info@lumifique.com if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe.
  • Damaged items: Contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges For information on returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility, please refer to our Return Policy. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
